Abhay Ayurvedic & Panchkarna Hospital

Panchakarma, the revered Ayurvedic ‘Five-Fold Detoxification Therapy,’ offers an ancient and holistic approach to healing. It serves as an ultimate experience for purifying both the mind and body, fostering immune system strength, and reinstating harmony and wellness.

Ayurvedic Panchakarma Treatment excels at ridding the body of toxins while re-establishing equilibrium among the three doshas, the governing energies behind all biological functions, thereby promoting longevity and well-being. This therapy is instrumental in reclaiming health and vitality.

The scope of Ayurvedic Panchakarma Treatment is widely recognized for its preventive, curative, and rejuvenating prowess. Ayurvedic texts highlight its multifaceted benefits, including toxin elimination, disease management, metabolic enhancement, nourishment, and, when consistently embraced, an extension of an individual’s lifespan.

Penta Detoxification Treatments

  • Vamana Karma: Therapeutically induced vomiting.
  • Virechana Karma: Therapeutically induced purgation.
  • Basti karma: Medicated enemas which include decoction and oil enema.
  • Nasya Karma: Administration of medicine through nasal drops.
  • Ayurveda Panchakarma Therapy will be planned in 3 phases.

  • Assessing and comprehending an individual’s bodily constitution and health status
  • Providing guidance and counseling
  • Enhancing digestive function
  • Developing a treatment-supportive diet and lifestyle plan
  • Incorporating Snehana (oleation) and Swedana (fomentation) therapies

Panchakarma - Main Phase

This is a crucial stage that must be overseen by a qualified physician. As per the predetermined plan, vomiting or purgation-inducing medicines will be administered, alongside the application of a medicated enema tailored to the individual’s condition. Special pre-Panchakarma procedures are designed to enhance the effectiveness of this phase.

Ayurvedic Panchakarma Therapy transcends mere digestive tract cleansing; it operates on a cellular level, eliminating toxins from the body

Post Panchakarma Phase

In this phase, the patient will be observed for the symptoms related to the completion of Ayurvedic detoxification. Based on the level & intensity of Ayurvedic detoxification suitable diet will be advised. Diet starts with liquids like rice gruel and gradually it will be changed to semi-solid and then to a normal diet. This phase is as important as the main phase. In order to plan the Ayurveda Panchakarma Treatment Physician may require some blood investigations based on which specific panchakarma and diet will be planned.
